Inside Sales Representative in Hartsville:
Overall this is a GREAT place to work. The benefits and work life balance are amazing. The work load is demanding but more than fair. I have a great relationship with pretty much all of my colleagues and Monster seems to take it seriously when there is any kind of disruption. The pay is a little below average for most positions, but hey nothing is perfect!

Senior Business Systems Analyst:
The new management at Monster is truly awesome. We are a company in transition, that's true. But I'm so impressed with the direction we're headed. I always feel supported and well represented. Working conditions and pay are great. The future is looking brighter every day. I'm very happy.
