Monro Muffler Brake and Service Reviews
What is it like working at Monro Muffler Brake and Service?
Too many expectations, too little pay.
Store Manager (Unspecified Type) in Fenton:
Pros: I like the fact that I get to interact with different customers on a daily basis and see different issues.
Cons: That they expect the world from you and that you are required to be a well oiled machine and if you don't do what they want you to do because it's not the right thing then they will threaten to terminate you and then say they terminated you within a handbook violation, I could go on but I hope you get the hint.
Retail Store Assistant Manager in Uniontown:
I am the only tech there with any kind of experience the guys they hire are lucky to be able to tie their own shoes let alone change oil it's not fair that they bring in guys like this and they start them out at $12 an hour which is the same up I'm making as an assistant manager and a technician I would like a raise but can't seem to get anybody to do anything about it.
