Midstate Medical Center Reviews
What is it like working at Midstate Medical Center?
It’s busy and it’s worth it.
Central Service Technician in Waterbury:
Pros: The people are good to work with. We’re so busy that we don’t really have time for drama, which allows us to focus on our work and get things done as a team. I like how we work together and always welcome each other. Everyone conducts their selves as adults and does their job, so no need for micro management. No one bullies and or goes out their way to make anyone feel offended or uncomfortable. If so it’s addressed swiftly. We do things for each other like bringing in donuts, food and or candy and other snacks to enjoy on our breaks.
Cons: We’re in a tight space as of now but will soon be getting a new Sterile Processing.
