Pros: helping the guest working on my own being able to do 40 hours in a weekend and having the rest of the week off
Cons: picking up everyone's slack and dealing with fellow employees not doing their job and arriving late everyday but being paid more than i even though they have less experience less responsibility and never complete their assign task/ side work and manager attitude disrespect snappiness toward self in front of others when asked for help with or how to do something the lack of actual training and the bad sometimes cruel responses and favoritism with employees
