Pros: the coworkers are fantastic and framing is a lot of fun when you get the hang of it
Cons: the unattainable expectations and high pressure of working on the floor as well as in the shop, essentially doing everything there is and not being paid enough to do it all
High stress, mediocre pay, and corporate does not value you as an employee.
