Methodist Health Systems Reviews
What is it like working at Methodist Health Systems?
Transitioning from Academia to Practice.
Residency Coordinator in Dallas:
Pros: I enjoy helping newly licensed nurses make their transition from the school setting to the real world setting of the hospital
Cons: Most employees have no idea the amount of work goes into onboarding newly hired staff and into the newly licensed RNs 12 month program. I mostly feel misunderstood, underappreciated and taken for granted.
I like to care for my patients, however some co-workers are politically charged in their interactions with patients and staff members.
Registered Nurse (RN), Emergency Room in Fremont:
Pros: Caring for my patients and being their advocate.
Cons: my co-workers
