What is it like working at Merkle, Inc.?
Fairly Easy.
Member Service Representative in Hagerstown:
Pros: Being able to do my own thing, while also completing my work for the day on my own time.
Cons: The dress policy
Growth mindset with ambitious goals.
Account Coordinator in Denver:
Pros: The work has consistent expectations with curveballs here and there, but when you walk into work, you typically have an understanding of what is expected from your management structure and your client(s) and you are given the tools and resources to make meaningful contributions.
Cons: It's an agency, so as with all agencies, part of the growth strategy is extracting the maximum value out of each employee. Nothing is inherently wrong with this, but it is important to know your limits and understand that doing more and more doesn't equate to career recognition, salary raises or promotions. You are responsible for your own career and are responsible to make your own path.
Great Company, Great People.
