Mercy Health Systems Reviews

What is it like working at Mercy Health Systems?

Medical Secretary in Lima:
Cons: Favoritism and raised according to friendship and cliques regardless of work ethic and workload. Managers do not want to hear any concerns.
The CEO is a heartless, senseless, arrogent and self serving individual who we all want to see go away.
Medical Laboratory Technician in Rockford:
Pros: The independence and closeness of each of us who work together
Cons: The greedy CEO who makes 10.4 MILLION/YEAR and is behaving like a corporate buster.
It can be stressful and challenging at times.
Insurance Verifier in Lansdowne:
Pros: You know the day to day scheduling and routine
Cons: Over worked and not paid enough for the heavy amount of work each day without the assistance from management
Certified Professional Coder (CPC):
Loved working there! Supervisors are very caring, no one watches your every move and the organization cares very deeply about it's patients, co-workers and the communities its part of. Compensation could be better and advancement opportunities are very restrictive compared to other local organizations of the same size, which is why I unfortunately had to leave. If not for that, I would have stayed forever, but I wanted more opportunities and better pay.
Good.
Registered Nurse (RN), Emergency Room in Tishomingo:
Pros: co-workers
Cons: driving to work
