What is it like working at Mercy Health Partners?

Too many changes made daily. High turnover.
Phlebotomist in Florence:
Pros: Able to work on my own with no supervision
Cons: Non appreciative, more work daily,
Sometimes Stressful, Sometimes Rewarding.
Mental Health Worker in Muskegon:
Pros: Benefits
Cons: Floating to non-psych patients, inability to know where I will be on any given day.
Specialty Pharmacy Technician in the Emergency Room.
Pharmacy Technician in Muskegon:
Pros: I love being able to use my pharmaceutical and pharmacy knowledge to help people are they transition through the hospital. I love working with my team of Providers, Nurses, Social Workers, ER Techs, and Pharmacy Staff. I love the amount of independence I am given, and how I multi-tasking is looked down upon by the Hospital in an effort to provide the best possible patient safety.
Cons: I dislike how varied the pharmacy technician staff is, some are very smart and self-driven, and some are just phoning it in, but the pay remains the same. I wish everyone could be held to a higher standard.
Pharmacy Technician in Muskegon:
Excellent pay, excellent benefits. If I had to say one negative thing, it's that there's a clear disconnect between the union and management. They have disdain for one another. Other than that, I hope the merge never happens.
People in the front office make more money than an RMA and have less years with the company.
Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) in Muskegon:
Pros: Patients
Cons: Pay and stress
Non discript. No room to grow or learn.
Surgical Assistant in Cincinnati:
Pros: You can transfer within the network to many places
Cons: There is no room to grow. There is no room.to educate yourself if you're not a nurse. The people are extremely rude and very slow to fix problems.
Keeps me on my toes and ready for the next case.
Registered Nurse (RN), Operating Room in Cincinnati:
Pros: Coworkers are great people.
Cons: Transparency in decisions made and how management presents them.
