MercyOne Reviews
What is it like working at MercyOne?
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Waterloo:
Pros: Co workers and my department manager. Providing positive patient care experience
Cons: Inconsistent policies, lack of financial recognition for performance, overall pay scale is low, benefits decrease often
Clinical Informatics Specialist:
Awesome place to work, love the people and love my job. Great communication with my boss. Great atmosphere, everyone helps each other. Could not ask for a better place to work with such caring insividuals.
Hospital needs complete restructuring.
Patient Services Representative in Sheldon:
Pros: The patients
Cons: Everyone inspects, questions, and changes what is done to fit their own needs despite what is best/wanted for the patient. There is no way to earn permanent, positive, or respected responsibilities. There is no job security, from being fired because you’re not a personal friend of the management, to position eliminations for unknown or contradicted reasoning.
