What is it like working at Mercer LLC?

Great people, flexibility and autonomy. Complex corporate bureaucracy gets in the way.
Corporate Communications Manager in South Pasadena:
Pros: People, flexibility, autonomy.
Cons: Politics.
Great benefits, but lacking in pay transparency.
Senior Data Analyst in Louisville:
Pros: The benefits and PTO are great.
Cons: There is a lack of pay transparency. I’m sure salary ranges are in place, but employees aren’t privy to that information.
Compensation Consultant in Louisville:
I have worked in total rewards team for past 5 years. Mercer culture is great, lots of training and resources, work culture is great and lots of diversity, job rotation opportunities, benefits are great as well.
Consultant, Human Resources (HR) in Seattle:
Mostly a good place to work and advance in your career. They care about employees and the culture is inclusive, team-oriented and supportive. Systems and processes are unnecessarily manual and laborious: there is a lot of administrivia. Overwork and understaffing are a pervasive issue.
It's good but better way would be nice.

Cons: Pay
New learning.
Program Manager, Computer Software in Gurgaon:
Pros: People management
Cons: Operational tasks
Client Services Analyst:
Pros: Lots of excel work. SQL. Enjoy client interaction. Enjoy the direct managers one on ones. Flexibility.
Cons: Poor communication from top down. Time logging (I understand we bill clients but we log time half the day)
