Pros: So many things about working here are amazing. Most of the time it is slow enough that if all the work is done you are allowed to be on your phone or doing other things on the computer (like school work). They also allow you to change your schedule based on your availability, get services at a discount, and there is fair and open communication between the front desk and the manager/owner
Cons: Almost everything about this job is amazing, the only downside is how mean the customers are, the pandemic has only made them more mean, and now with the added safety risk of some refusing to wear masks
