Memorial Hospital Reviews

What is it like working at Memorial Hospital?

Dissatisfying.
Unit Secretary in Jacksonville:
Pros: It provides me opportunity for early retirement
Cons: According to my co-workers I am the most valued, efficient, communicative, and best at managing our department to guide staff on patient needs, and yet I'm the least paid.
Great for new hires. Pay is underdeveloped for seasoned help.
Medical Assistant in Perryville:
Pros: The other emplyees
Cons: The pay and hidden agenda of HR
Poor.
Medical Records Specialist in Yakima:
Pros: The people in my immediate office space
Cons: We are doing jobs beyond our positions we have no business limping through. The hospital has run out of money due to poor investments and planning and now refuses to pay employees what was promised for over a year.
Not a good move in the first place.
Electrician in Klerksdorp:
Pros: Some staff members show appreciation
Cons: I am least recognised for my efforts
I love what I do the passion for making lives better.
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in Rockford:
Pros: being able to meet new people and able to assist in getting better
Cons: management not listening to the concerns that we have as a team
Invisible worker gets 1% raise...celebrates by buying donut crumbs for family.
Phlebotomist in York:
Pros: I love my patients
Cons: The drive, is he patients get to walk all over us regardless if they are right or not.
Great place to work.
Office Coordinator in Loudon:
Pros: Seeing patients come in distressed and leave improved
Cons: When it gets busy and the phone is ringing, fax coming in, patients checked in & therapists vying for your attention all at the same time.
