Medstar Reviews

What is it like working at Medstar?

Stressful yet has its moments.
Senior Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Towson:
Pros: Work from home
Cons: Lack of actual time to incorporate new systems before they go live
It is self rewarding.
Physical Therapy Aide in Washington:
Pros: See patients getting better
Cons: There isn't much recognition given to our department
Your provided the bare minimum and thrown but the kitchen sink to work on. Most times on your own. With very to little help from colleges or management.
Patient Registration Clerk in Washington:
Pros: I absolutely adore the patients. They are the reason why I have remained stagnant in a position for the amount of years I have been in this one at this pay rate.
Cons: I wish there was better communication between managers and employees
Overworked and Underpaid!
Medical Assistant in Washington:
Pros: I love helping my patients and team mates! We all love working together and enjoy helping eachother!
Cons: Leadership personnel are not on one accord. They don't support the staff when concerns are raised. They show favortism, and abuse their authority. We are forced to take 30 minute lunch breaks on 12hr shifts.
