Mclaren Regional Medical Center Reviews
What is it like working at Mclaren Regional Medical Center?
Its hard work and we are understaffed a lot.
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in Lansing:
Pros: I like the people I work with
Cons: cleaning up patients, being yelled at, being hit by patients, and not be appreciated or having to work by myself.
Rewarding to my patients.
Medical Assistant in Eastpointe:
Pros: making my patients happy
Cons: The staff that are being hired , they are young and don't want to work , but want more pay.
Payroll Coordinator in Flint:
Love my supervisor, got a lot of on the job training. Great team to work with, managers are on top of taking care of things inner-department. Benefits are great, PTO accrual begins immediately, health benefits are average, but excellent when paired with the FSA offered. Retirement account is above average, dental coverage is good and so is vision. Payroll deduct available for sales and Cafe or gift shop purchases.
