Pros: I work at a clinic that pays McKesson to handle logistics. The clinic is wonderful. Dealing with McKesson is a nightmare. They are going through a transition and are still working things out so it is very difficult to get anything done with them.
Cons: Anything related to project management or communication. It is basically non-existant.
