Pros: As long as I'm there I know my residents are taken care of that day
Cons: Lack of care from the RCMs, Social services, activities, and DNS. It's a crap shoot all year long and then a scramble last minute when we enter our state window every year.
Very stressfully, demanding, and very unappreciated.

Cons: There is little to no help when moving residents who are heavy in weight and the management dose not care how employees feel when situations are brought to there attention.
