Requires Passion.

English as a Second Language (ESL) Teacher in Phoenix:
Teaching and working with students is wonderful, but the pay is low. I am one of the few who does this job full time. Most Adult Education teachers can only work part time with no benefits. We are expected to be very professional at our jobs, but we are not treated or paid like professional.
