Pros: caring for my patients
Cons: special treatment for certain people. Requested for vacation days and only get approved for a few. It has been several years seen I was able to take a whole week off, while other employees can take several weeks off even when they dont have pto time. Employees that I train at my office end up leaving for higher paying jobs that requiring less work in the same field.
