Marathon Consulting Reviews
What is it like working at Marathon Consulting?
Great environment, but opportunities could improve.
UX Designer in Virginia Beach:
Pros: The management is super open to hearing what the employees have to say and they are very open about the happenings of the company.
Cons: It doesn't seem transparent how to advance in the company.
Great place if you are disciplined and self driven.
Information Technology (IT) Consultant in Virginia Beach:
Pros: If you take the time to communicate with management they do care about each of their employees, but you need to put in the effort to show up to events and communicate with them. They are very reasonable when discussing pay or projects that you want to be on. The partners and the team leads have improved in helping you hone your skills and build the direction you want your career to grow. But you have to take the initiative and be open to their counsel as senior consultants or developers.
Cons: Some departments can be a little disorganized and if you are put on multiple projects there have been issues in the past between the project managers not communicating well and being pinged every day by a different PM asking for their project to be prioritized.
