Cons: The bottom line is profit and not the people we are paid to help. No communication in management. Unethical practices

Cons: Management is not at all responsive, have zero clue what we do, HCA is extraordinarily disrespectful and demeaning to clinical staff (females) and shows favoritism to male nurses.

What a joke. This company does not care about it's employees or the clients they serve. The bottom line is profit. They are extremely unethical in many of their practices. I would go as far to say even illegal. I love my what I do but I am not proud of the corporation that signs my paycheck.
