This company lowballed a great company by aprox. 200 million dollars, thus getting the contract in January of 2020. So...this is very irresponsible for a company to take on the massive scale of operations that we have with fixed route services in Austin, TX. Just getting basic insurance, that's affordable, and basic pay raises, hazard pay, bereavement pay, anything has been fighting tooth and nail. We don't feel appreciated at all. This is the cheapest, the least appreciated company I have ever worked for in my life. I've never had to write a negative review before. I pray it gets better.
