MSA Professional Services Reviews
What is it like working at MSA Professional Services?
Depends what office and who is your supervisor.
Civil Engineer in Dubuque:
Pros: The work and variety of tasks throughout the year.
Cons: Office talk behind people's back and people that lack communication to get the work done or done properly to communicate the project or project changed to clients.
Civil Engineer in Champaign:
Pros: MSA is a great company to work for and I feel like I am really making a difference in the client communities that I am helping every day. My team leader is a great mentor and I feel like I am learning constantly learning.
Cons: Due to the fact that it is a business and with consulting the company has to find work and stay profitable. I feel stress related to staying on budget with projects and balancing that with charging to overhead. Overall the project still has to be completed even if the budget does not allow for it.
