Policies decisions that were made on the pretense to make everyone feel part of one company, have only created more animosity and division toward persons in other technology groups.
No one is held responsible for their actions until a systemic problem is determined, and then why that person wasn't able to understand what the company disseminated.
When you can't make changes that are needed within the system, you don't complain, you leave and go where you are appreciated and needed.
