Fast pace, no guarantee of breaks, or lunch. Constantly changing work schedule without notice. It's up to the employees to check work schedule daily. Young supervisors promoted without any professional organized training.

Pros: The employee's with.
Cons: The favoritism management shows certain people.
And the power hungry young supervisors.
It can be a lot of work, but the pay and benefits are top-notch.
