Cons: Where to start? The constant changes of upper-management? The lack of thorough training causing ignorant employees to make unwitting mistakes? The illegal drivers? The fact that all departments are short-handed, causing more money to be spent in claims due to all of the overworked remaining employees split between so many tasks that things constantly get missed?
