Loma Linda University Reviews
What is it like working at Loma Linda University?
Making Man Whole.
Administrative Assistant in Highland:
Pros: My co Administrators, Students, and Faculty. We support each other through rapid changes within the Organization.
Cons: I love my job. I don't love the favoritism applied towards Seventh Day Adventist employees and blatant Nepotism. Also, MANY times Faculty are hired and not qualified for the position, are dropped into Supervisor/management positions and have no previous experience in being a Supervisor whatsoever. They are given the position because of Religious affiliation/membership.
Not making man whole.
Research Associate (Unspecified Type) in Loma Linda:
Pros: Team members that I work with.
Cons: Nepotism, arcane bureaucracy, not employee centered, "mission centered" but company policies fall very far from this.
