Combined Food Preparation and Serving Worker, Including Fast Food in Memphis:
Pros: You can work at your own pace. (This does not mean others won’t tell you what THEY want you to do, and not doing it may be bad decision)
Cons: It is very small to work in.
Exhausting.
Pizza Store Manager in Bay City:
Pros: Teaching younger employees work ethic and responsibility.
Cons: Ownership is too lenient with past management who created a uncomfortable work environment for years, and should have been terminated. Owners will not allow me to terminate them based on ownership being worried about their own self image.
Simple, Easy.
Cashier in Greenwell Springs:
Pros: The only thin i liked about it, was i get to see how Caesars Pizza Is made, and how they have good crust.
Cons: The pay is messed up, they do not pay the correct amount or count the correct hours. The district manger only worries about her paycheck and not her employees. This should be the other way around. Employees 1st then The district Manger.
Stressful.
Pizza Store Manager in Bay City:
Pros: Helping staff with critical thinking and overcoming challenges on a day to day basis.
Cons: The amount of work I put in compared to others around me.
Terrible.
Restaurant Assistant Manager in Tucson:
Pros: Being able to complete mulitple tasks quickly and effectively in a short amount of time
Cons: Hard work isnt noticed or appreciated, management is terrible, company provides no benefits unless co manager or general manager
I'm sure some could be a very positive experience but I fail to see that here.
General Manager in Phoenix:
Pros: The work, food and environment
Cons: The owners lack of respect and responsibility
