Cons: Blaming the customer even when it is a manufacturing mistake. Not listening when something needs changed.
Working at lippert gives me a sense of pride!. They show how much they care about people and the community.

Cons: I feel like for having a Bachelor's Degree from Northwood, I should be making more money than I currently make. I also wish I got more vacation time than I currently have.

Cons: Don’t even think about being able to make a decent wage here. No matter how hard you work and get better you’ll just get a pat on the back at best.
