Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Clearwater:
Sick Time could be longer. Mandatory 401K needs to go, this should be optional, not.forced. Overpriced insurance benefits need to go. You don't make enough to live on and yet they insist on mandatory participation in the 401K. Decent vacation time but you end up using it to cover sick time.
