Pros: The people I work with are great.
Cons: Dispatch is a mess and no one ever seems to get off work on time. Dispatch will actually send a unit on a call 15 minutes before off time knowing it will take the crew 2 + hours to do the call and get back before getting off, instead of giving it to a night crew or a fresh crew coming on.
You work here because you think you'll help people. You really just try to help people while having management do everything they can to save a dollar.
