Ample opportunities & great flexibility.

Very lucrative if you can hit the top teirs of commission consistently.
Insurance Sales Agent in Orlando:
Pros: My comp plan.
Cons: The micromanagement. I hate when people crack the whip. When i got hired I was told everything is about performance and sales numbers come to find out even when u sell they want u to sell more I am literally top 10 out of the entire sales staff and they still month after month are on my back. You should literally let the top salesmen work autonomously. Give your too salesmen more perks for grinding so hard all month long.

Pros: I like the agile movement and working closely with my peers.
Cons: The changes from upper management have been rapid and may not benefit lower employees.
Sucks.
