What is it like working at LensCrafters Inc.?

Great associate relationships/upper management clueless.
Licensed Optician in Cleveland:
Pros: Good pay good product
Cons: Working Sunday, commission structure. Dress code
Greedy.
Sales Associate in Laguna Niguel:
Pros: Some coworkers make showing up bearable, customers can be nice for the most part. Learning about the Eyes and adjusting peoples glasses or doing preliminary exams can be enjoyable.
Cons: I hate the environment most days. Team leads and Managers are Jerks. There is zero work life balance, and hours are Smack dab in the middle of the day leaving no time to do anything before or after work. The job is constantly stressful. Team leads argue for the sake of doing so to try and Drill discipline into you in the form of yelling.
My Point Of View.
Retail General Manager (GM) in Cincinnati:
Pros: Working with customers and most of my staff

Benefits good , salary very poor.

The benefits were great but the salary was far below what the industry pays.
The most amazing patients!
Optometrist:
Pros: I enjoy a corporate structure because it gives me the opportunity to concentrate on patient care, building the team and the success For the business. My passion is caring for others. This corporate culture is dedicated to caring, exceeding expectations and delivering the best experience and product available. It's nice to get a free pair of glasses each year and a discount on any others. The leadership summits are amazing events.
Cons: Occasionally, the policies lag behind the current needs.
Scheduling is not good.
Optical Laboratory Technician:
Pros: Learning optics and coworkers.
Cons: Scheduling (understaffed) and low pay.
