Great Job for a New Graduate.
Software Developer in Abingdon:
Pros: Learning and working with veteran developers
Cons: Not much growth, workday is chaotic experience to navigate.

Pros: Flat culture with mostly humble people who are willing to recognize the value of other's ideas.
Cons: Few experienced developers
Enjoyable and Relaxed, opportunities to create your own work and engage in projects I like to do.

Pros: close relationship with my team, great manager, freedom to make my own hours reasonably, flexible attire
Cons: logging hours although considered a salaried employee, no opportunity for overtime, sometimes confusion on how to move up
