It can be overwhelming at times especially when you have no communication from your MM. Last year I took that Branch that’srealistically a million dollar branch and did over 2 million. I have one CSR who just made her 90 days and iWe had double & triple sales growth but neve acknowledge. I can email or text him yet still call to confirm he received it.and almost a year later myCSR an email and had her last name overwrong but I instead of just saying I made a mistake He forward it to branch email and she was extremely hurt. I p bein the his business 20 years and love it but it’s exausting always trying to to communicate with Your MM.
