Cons: The compensation for non executives could be improved and has resulted in a lot of employee turnover.

Pros: The changes such as the l Train Training for education, the Contiulink Mobile Edge Program for progress note completion, login /out of work and to include the ADP Payroll System. I like caring for patients in the community. It is important.
Cons: The management of the patient caseloads.

Cons: Lack of communication about future of our job.

Pros: Caring for patients at home.
Cons: The benefits are not good enough. After 10 years I expect to get at the minimum 2 weeks vacation a year and 2 weeks of sick pay. Not choose between vacation or taking time off so to illnesses. They combine your time off,you get about an hour a week if you work 40 hours. But it doesn't matter if your sick or taking a vacation or out for covid you only have those 40 hours you spent all year earning.

Cons: The pay, I haven't had a raise in over 10 years, no benefits and I have never had a vacation day since 2003 when I worked for brown county wi for 16 years.
