Kwik Trip, Inc Reviews
What is it like working at Kwik Trip, Inc?
Busy and productive.
Guest Services Representative in Appleton:
Pros: The job rotation and variety of tasks to be done and my co workers are cool.
Cons: Standing on my feet for hours and cashiering
Great Company.
Food Service Worker in Racine:
Pros: Kwik trip is an amazing company. Benefits are great.
Cons: There seems to be this psychological ownership of each employee. Each and every coworker has some sort of guilt if they were not able to complete their job. Especially third shift. If you’re hired, be prepared to take initiative and work. Show up to work. Move fast. Stay on your toes.
Never work here.
Service Worker in Waunakee:
Pros: Clocking out to go home.
Cons: Massive workload with as little compensation as possible. No learning opportunities so working here is resume poison. No flexible scheduling. Snobbish corporate management.
