Kindred Healthcare Reviews

What is it like working at Kindred Healthcare?

Love the patients and families.
Social Worker in Charleston:
Pros: I love being able to support and educate patients and families at end of life. I work with an amazing group of nurses who adhere to the concept of teamwork.
Cons: I feel as if I am no longer able to provide exceptional care as a result of widespread territory and colleagues that have a different vision than me on end of life care and what is deemed important. Everything must be a "protocol."
Physical Therapy Assistant:
Pros: Great company with good benefits.
Cons: Large case load.
It is good. I like the facility. I like doing patient care.
Physical Therapist Assistant:
Pros: Giving patient care.
Cons: Coworker noise and judgement. Small gym noisy and cramped.
Work hours given great flexibility, high stress level.
Physical Therapist Assistant:
Pros: Excellent staff/co-workers in the therapy department and in most all other departments that team up to give quality patient care to each client we serviced.
Cons: The emphasis on 90% work productive, standard, made the job stressful.
