Physical Therapy Assistant in Baltimore:
I'm so disappointed in my company. In the current Covid-19 crisis, cut the pay of all rehab staff by 10%. The therapists that are providing DIRECT PATIENT CARE, while other companies are giving hazard pay. The CEO-who is a MILLIONAIRE- takes a 15% pay cut, and expects us, the people that EARN THE REVENUE for the company, to think he is generous. It's unbelievable!
It is a decent job but does not pay what I would like considering the work I do in my department.

Pros: I like my co workers and enjoy helping the patients
Cons: That my job doesn't end when I punch out at the end of the day, I am called constantly when I am off the clock
Physical Therapist Assistant in Bedford:
Good pay, bad benefits, great coworkers. Great patient care. Flexible schedule. Difficult to earn PTO and holiday pay is not paid for full day (based on hours worked over past 90 days) good technology, good support for continuing education except for requiring you to use PTO for courses and again PTO accrues very slowly.
Too lax on pay and recognition.
Case Manager in Denver:
Pros: Working with patients. autonomy, support from my director
Cons: turnover, expectations of administration on getting patients out or bringing patients in who do not meet LTACH criteria. Lack of Transperancy
