Kerry Ingredients Reviews

What is it like working at Kerry Ingredients?

Production Supervisor, Manufacturing in Bismarck:
Being ran like a mom and pop facility since being purchased by Kerry. Upper management been around for 2 previous owners and still trying to run it lake a small business. Manufacturing plant being ran like only the upper management matters, forget the crew members who do all the work.
Growth through acquisition.
Supply Chain Manager in Atlanta:
Pros: That I have one
Cons: Company does not invest in current sites and consistently is using emergency capital to fix known issues
Challenging, dynamic and fulfilling.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in Brisbane:
Pros: Developing and implementing strategy through creative innovation
Cons: Continuously upgrading business procedures to maintain accreditations and legal protocols.
A personal struggle.
Warehouse Worker in Owatonna:
Pros: I enjoy a select few individuals and a few of the perks; this is an extremely frustrating company to work for, regarding policies in many different aspects.
Cons: The amount of penny pinching and lack of opportunity for wage increase. There are so many ways I feel as though Kerry has taken advantage of my work ethic and willingness to learn by not fairly compensating me for expansion of knowledge, experience and responsibilities.
A lot of opportunity to learn but system need to be improved.
Senior Marketing Manager in Bangkok:
Pros: Since there is no fix way of doing thing so its good to learn and explore new idea
Cons: Too loose in communication and sharing information
Confusing Independence.
Supply Chain Analyst in Beloit:
Pros: I enjoy the level respect of Subject Matter Expert I have achieved and the many different people I have met from all over the globe
Cons: Lack of Management strategy. The constant change in upper management means I have to lead from the bottom of the hierarchy to deploy programs and process improvements that I have suggested, developed in spite of many road blocks and silos
Is challenging and satisfying.
Production Manager, Manufacturing in Wicklow:
