The atmosphere in the store is fantastic. It's really easy to go into work and be productivce.

Pros: It's a pretty laid back environment. Everyone goes in, does their job, and goes home.
Cons: Since the franchise has to meet a certain labor goal, sometimes the management team has more responsibility put on their shoulders because inshop workers get cut in order to meet said labor goal.
