Account Representative in Exton:
Pros: . great direct manager
. flexible schedule
. cool products
. no micromanaging (currently but they seem to be headed that direction)
. friendly people
Cons: . Upper management is not transparent or acknowledging of how badly the pandemic affected us.
. wages are completely off due to job lay-offs and redistricting (people doing the exact same job have a gap in wage of tens of thousands of dollars, some people salaried and other hourly when working in same position)
. All hopes of advancing in the company seem dashed because of the pandemic.
. Working from home rules are unclear and unfair.
. Job descriptions do not match job. You're often asked to do other departments' work.
. Talks of software development but the development literally never happens.
. The morale is so low and upper management seems very unaware. People are quitting every month.
