Pros: There’s always work so I don’t have to worry about lay offs.
Cons: The company pays good to those who come with experience but over hire many employees without experience that the new ones don’t get noticed because they become so lazy since they’re lost in the numbers. You have lazy employees who walk around the whole day at the site and avoid work. While others are making the same rate and put in twice the work.
