Pros: I am allowed to do as much work as I can without being forced to work late or do anything beyond my job description
Cons: Hours can be hard to find at times
Market Adjustment for Daniel N. Ossian.
Communications Manager in Ames:
Pros: Educating Iowans throughout the state via online videos and blu-ray discs.
Cons: The amount of pay inequity between similar jobs
HVAC Mechanic:
More stable and less stressful than the private sector but also not as well compensated as some private jobs. The benefits have traditionally helped balance the limitation of the salary. Recently the political climate has further eroded the compensation.
