Pros: I feel that these camps are necessary for the communities they are a part of, and to be able to do work that aids in kids comming to know and experience jesus in a safe environmentis wonderful.
Cons: The management structure gives way to the exploitation and abuse of employees, and in the time I have worked there they have consistently violated legislation around employment standards to overwork and underpay their employees in the name of "ministry".
