Intel Corporation Reviews

What is it like working at Intel Corporation?

Very busy, but not compensated for.
Program Manager (Unspecified Type / General) in Phoenix:
Pros: Amazing benefits
Cons: Starting as an intern I came in at a lower pay grade and first year college grads make more than I do
Process Engineer in Hillsboro:
Excellent benefits, perks, and work life balance. Treated well and given plenty of opportunity to learn and grow. Past issues with execution of latest chip nodes seemed to be an organization issue. The new CEO and the rest of the organization are laying down a solid foundation to drive Intel forward as the leader in semiconductor technology development and market presence.
Great work environment. Competitive technologies.
Software Engineer in Mesa:
Pros: A leader who is ready to pounce again.
Cons: Non transparent in some things..
Grit and Sweat Make the Grade.
Manufacturing Technician in Hillsboro:
Pros: My Coworkers are friendly and have your back
Cons: Micromanagement and constant pressure
Fantastic job opportunity.
Engineering Technician in Hillsboro:
Pros: the culture is very nice. everyone is supportive and it's a very safe place to work.
Cons: compressed workweek can sometimes be tiring
Good experience.
Software Engineer in Guadalajara:
Pros: benefits and compensation are fair. the job is interesting
Cons: I've just joined (I've been here for less than 6 months), and the remote ramp up process has been tough. No prepared ramp up plans, no trainings plans. I've been kind of on my own in that sense.
Interesting and Challenging Work.
Senior Finance Manager in Hillsboro:
Pros: Great team and interesting work
Cons: Political Maneuvering and Duplication of Efforts
