Good corporate culture, not much career progression chances.
Software Engineer:
Pros: The company is quite big but that means that the process is quite slow and heavy.
Cons: Not the best pay compared to the market. Not a big culture of training employees.
Trying to be agile within a results-oriented culture.
Computer Hardware Engineer:
Pros: Flexibility and the smart people I work with; keeps me engaged in helping the group deliver the best products possible to our customers!
Cons: Working in a big company it is hard to feel like you make a big impact.
Tough work but great atmosphere.
Process Engineer:
Pros: Lots of training, fair and balanced, tough but interesting work.
Cons: Long hours, very high pressure.
Exciting and stressful.
Senior Process Engineer:
Pros: Interesting and challenging work.
Cons: Stress and politics.
Hard work but a great place to work.
Engineering Technician:
Pros: Challenging, great benefits, good cafe, nice facilities, good opportunities.
Cons: Competitive environment leads to flat wage increases.
Great work life balance and work flexibility.
Process Engineer:
Pros: It has lots of variety and flexibility.
Cons: The base pay is lower than most comparable companies.
High Intensity, Confrontational Environment.
Software Engineer:
Pros: Good compensation and a lot of opportunity to move around within the company and try different work.
Cons: People are evaluated using a ranking process. If you are not on a popular project it can be hard to move up.
