What is it like working at Independent Liquor?

More than an 8 hour day, 7 days a week.
Business Manager in Pensacola:
Pros: Camaraderie with employees, friendly customers and the beach scene.
Cons: Not being paid a fair wage. No healthcare benefits. No paid vacation. Being on call 24/7 having my managerial decision constantly undermined.
Not good at all if ever you are black and alot of racism and favorism.

Pros: When it's not busy with customers, etc., we can read a book or watch TV.
Cons: I do everything there and some of the employees, mostly the guys, sit around. They say they so things like stock shelves but products are missing on the shelf and they are in stock. They just don't go look for them.
I love my job, but the money is a problem.
