Independent Electrical Contractors, Inc. Reviews
What is it like working at Independent Electrical Contractors, Inc.?
Mentally damaging.
Project Manager, Operations in Houston:
Pros: Not being micromanaged, controlling inventory, allowed to create and implement solutions. Solving material discrepancies, working to improve the business and reduce unnecessary material spending.
Cons: Favoritisms, lying to clients, throwing away material, nepotism, illegal terminations, work assignment and deadline overloads. Gossip, backstabbing, being overqualified and assigned excessive remedial tasks that take time away from more important business tasks. Paid less then the owners best friend and I do the entirety of his job in addition to an extremity of tasks equalling to a total of 4 different positions. Harassed, yelled at and treated with no respect and ignored regarding work assignments that require me to interact with the owners best friend who doesn’t do his job and is intentionally trying to get me fired. Maliciously bullied by 2 employees who hate me by posting signs saying activities specific to me are not permitted even though they are not management. Toxic employees.
