ICU Medical, Inc. Reviews

What is it like working at ICU Medical, Inc.?

Very rewarding, variety of tasks, never a dull moment.
Senior Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) in Plymouth:
Pros: Very satisfying work, lots of variety, never a dull moment
Cons: Insufficient resources, high employee turnover
Stressful and full of work.
Quality Engineer, Medical Devices in Salt Lake City:
Pros: Company is always pushing for input on how to be more efficient.
Cons: Mundane work and low pay
Same low flat pay raise for all engineers.
Quality Assurance (QA) / Quality Control (QC) Engineer in Salt Lake City:
Pros: My direct manager is very personable. Job security is very high since the company runs a skeleton crew and cannot afford to loose anybody.
Cons: The company runs a skeleton crew and so work can be overwhelming. Work effort is not recognized through monetary gains. Year to year all engineers receive the same low flat pay raise no matter of work done. It seems that the only way to get a decent pay raise is to leave the company and when you announce this to management they typically will match the competing company.
